Youth Club

Minchinhampton Youth Club runs two sessions every Wednesday.

School years 2-5 from 4 - 6pm.

School years 6-9 from 6:30 - 8pm.

Around 100 young people attend each week with over 150 on the register.

It is more than just a safe space for children and young people to come and belong in. The work the Youth Club does and the resources it has make a positive impact on the lives and outcomes of the children who attend.

If you’d like your child/ren to come along or to find out more, please pop along on a Wednesday evening, or email us at youth@minchcommunityhub.co.uk.

Activities

Regular activities include sport, craft and a lego zone. Additional activities include sessions on healthy eating, forest craft, graffiti and bike maintenance. There is a tuck shop, chill out area, indoor sports hall, astro turf and a large lawn.

The Youth Club offers training and placement for Duke of Edinburgh awards. A number of current and past Duke of Edinburgh students remain on the Youth Club team.

Youth Club partners include Minchinhampton Primary Academy, the local PCSO, Sportily and The Door.

Volunteers

The Youth Club has a fantastic team of volunteers. They offer skills and workshops on a weekly basis throughout the year.

All volunteers are DBS checked and have medical checks.
